Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer
Job Description
This role involves assisting in the design, development, implementation, and analysis of civil engineering solutions, primarily for municipal, county, state, and federal infrastructure programs. The work covers most disciplines under the civil engineering umbrella, with a strong emphasis on hydrology and hydraulics. The successful candidate will conduct engineering evaluations, design, and cost estimation related to awarded projects. Responsibilities
Desire to make a difference in the life of the communities we serve. Demonstrate technical skills in pond design, stormwater, drainage, collection, and conveyance. Coordinate with jurisdictional agencies to determine permit requirements and prepare permit applications with supporting documentation. Manage projects and budgets effectively. Collaborate with a team of engineers and support staff. Prepare technical reports and progress reports as requested by management or clients. Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Essential Skills
Proficiency in civil engineering disciplines such as Civil 3D and AutoCAD. Experience in land development, stormwater management, drainage, and site development. Project management and budgeting skills. Strong communication skills. Experience with jurisdictional agencies and permit applications. Knowledge of ICPR or other state-approved modeling software. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft 365 is a plus. Leadership potential and a strong desire for professional growth. Work Environment

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
