Compensation: $70 - $82 per hour (W2) Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and high-performing monetization services and systems. Uphold high engineering standards and enhance quality across our codebases. Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders including product management, design, and other engineering teams. Experience and Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing large-scale engineering projects, with a proven track record of launching successful enterprise applications. Proficiency in Java and hands-on experience with Azure. Strong background in both NoSQL and relational databases. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. In-depth knowledge of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, adaptable to an agile development environment. A passion for staying informed on the latest industry trends and technologies. Preferred Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience developing monetization-related systems or workflow engines.
