Job Description
Required Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 8+ years of software development experience OR
• Master’s degree in computer science, or related field and 6+ years of software development experience
Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
• 8+ years (6+ with Master’s) in Java development
• 3+ years in AWS: CloudFormation, ECS, Lambda, Fargate, ElasticSearch, S3, IAM
• Cloud & DevOps: CI/CD (Jenkins, Azure DevOps), cloud-native development (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Databases: Relational (MySQL, Oracle) & NoSQL (DynamoDB, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis)
• System Design & Architecture: Microservices, Event-driven, MVC. RESTful APIs (Swagger, Postman)
• Testing & QA: TDD/BDD (Selenium, Cucumber)
• Computer Science Fundamentals: Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving mindset
• Passion for technology and continuous learning
Position Summary:
• Design, develop, and maintain high-complexity software applications (mobile, web, cloud, server)
• Lead problem-solving, system integration, and infrastructure change management
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Provide technical leadership in debugging, testing, and deploying scalable solutions
• Collaborative Agile team with cross-functional interactions
