Position: Senior AWS AI Cloud Engineer Are you an experienced AWS Cloud and AI professional? This is a fantastic opportunity to take your career to the next level. As a Senior IT Systems Engineer, you will collaborate with our architecture team to develop operational support for artificial intelligence. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to create detailed designs informed by architectural guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with AI Architecture teams to establish robust operational support for AI. Design, build, and maintain applications in AWS utilizing essential services like EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, and Containers. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of core AWS services (VPC, CloudWatch, compute, networking, storage). Work alongside IT and product teams to define project scope and develop innovative solutions. Write and support Infrastructure as Code utilizing Terraform and CloudFormation. Identify, implement, and automate opportunities for efficiency. Drive the development and adoption of technical standards. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to fellow engineers. Oversee the execution of key strategic initiatives and maintain effective communication between technical teams and management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of experience with cloud infrastructure and AI Services. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly. Proven capability to manage, lead, mentor, and provide constructive feedback. Experience in environments with regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, PCI). Understanding of security implications in IT practices. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) administration and AI services. Familiarity with management principles and a desire to lead. Physical demands may include the ability to travel up to 10% of the time and work flexible hours. The role requires regular use of hands, while also occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
