As a Senior AI Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping software applications by designing, creating, and optimizing software solutions. Use your expertise to lead the integration of artificial intelligence into our technology stack, enhancing development velocity and transforming the developer experience. Key Responsibilities: Research, design, implement, and maintain software applications with a focus on user requirements and efficient coding practices. Utilize AI coding assistants to boost productivity and promote best practices in development. Analyze and enhance existing applications to modernize functionalities and improve performance. Integrate AI models and capabilities into our applications to enhance user experience. Act as an AI ambassador, collaborating with teams to tackle challenges and implementing innovative solutions. Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and evaluate their potential applications in our projects. Optimize AI algorithms for performance and scalability, employing techniques such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). Promote best practices for AI integration throughout the software development lifecycle. Work within an Agile environment, maintaining a positive, solution-oriented mindset. Provide mentorship to peers on AI adoption, prompt engineering, and Agile methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of software engineering experience with proficiency in back-end technologies such as .Net and Python. 5+ years of experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React). 5+ years with SQL and No-SQL databases. 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure. 3-5 years of hands-on experience with AI frameworks and solutions. Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress. Proficiency in integrating AI models into applications.
