Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location, including common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter spaces, to help identify unusual activity and/or potential hazards; Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry when required, and provide directions and assistance to support the daily operations of the location; Complete routine reports, incident documentation, and shift notes related to patrol activity, resident interactions, and/or security-related concerns observed during the shift
