Occupational Therapist needed for a school-based contract position in Cleveland, TN. This role involves providing skilled occupational therapy services to support students' developmental, sensory, and functional needs within the school setting. Its an excellent opportunity for a licensed OT who is passionate about helping children thrive academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress
  • Document therapy sessions and student progress in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary efforts to enhance student outcomes

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with state licensure valid in Tennessee
  • Experience working in a pediatric or school setting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of educational regulations and therapy best practices for children
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to supporting diverse student populations and fostering inclusive learning environments
