Job Summary: enGen is excited to invite skilled and motivated candidates to apply for the role of Salesforce Software Engineer, with a specialized focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This position is exclusively available to US Citizens due to specific contractual and access requirements.
As a Salesforce Software Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, implementing, and enhancing sophisticated software solutions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with business and program stakeholders to transform business requirements into scalable and efficient solutions tailored for the Payer and Provider sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects, aligning solutions with business objectives and industry best practices.
Transform business requirements into comprehensive technical specifications.
Provide in-depth expertise on Salesforce capabilities, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of systems.
Conduct code reviews and offer technical guidance to team members.
Proactively identify and troubleshoot technical issues.
Stay updated with the latest trends in Salesforce and related technologies.
Present designs and solutions to the Salesforce.com architecture team.
In addition to technical duties, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and lead special projects, ensuring solution integrity, including integrations with legacy and third-party systems.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field is required. A Master’s Degree is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in software engineering focusing on scalable and highly available systems, and proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.). Familiarity with technologies such as React, Angular, NodeJS, and cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS) is desirable. Proven understanding of web services technologies including REST and JSON is essential.
Certifications: While none are mandatory, certifications such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator or Developer are preferred.
Skills:
Proven ability to achieve ambitious goals in dynamic environments.
Experience with agile methodologies and scrum practices.
Strong grasp of software engineering best practices, including coding standards and unit testing.
Proficient in designing and implementing large-scale applications.
A robust sense of ownership, urgency, and a proactive attitude.
This position is office-based with occasional travel (0% - 25%). The office requires regular physical presence and may involve light lifting up to 25 pounds.
Salary Range: $67,500.00 - $126,000.00, dependent on qualifications and experience.
