This role engages customers through a use case–driven, results-oriented approach, positioning solutions that achieve immediate success while paving the way for future innovation.
As a trusted technical advisor, the Customer Sales Engineer architects cloud solutions aligned with customer needs and strategic objectives, while serving as a key internal advocate for the Voice of the Customer. By collaborating closely with product and engineering teams, the Customer Engineer provides insights that directly influence solution strategy and shape future innovation. Success in this role demands deep expertise in cloud technologies, technical sales, and customer engagement, along with the ability to anticipate evolving business challenges. The ideal candidate will actively listen to customers, engage thoughtfully, and design solutions that drive meaningful business.
Qualifications
7+ years of technical sales engineering experience with strong emphasis on Cloud and SaaS solutions within the CX industry
Proficiency in building or modifying demo applications or technical prototypes.
Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
Deep knowledge of AI and automation technologies, including LLMs, Generative AI, and agentic systems.
Proven success in consultative, use case–driven solution selling to both technical and non-technical customer stakeholders
Exceptional communication, storytelling, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
Understanding of SaaS security practices, certifications, data privacy and access controls.
Willingness to travel as required based on customer and business needs.
Can be based in any US city with preference in Mountain or Western time zones.
