Objectives of this Role:

Strengthen proactive safety measures by identifying potential hazards. Develop strategies to mitigate risks. Ensure compliance with safety regulations. Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of facilities. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies. Perform Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments (HIRA). Collaborate with project managers on design reviews to ensure safety considerations are incorporated. Lead incident and near-miss investigations and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Conduct compliance audits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations. Requirements:

Requires a Bachelors degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health, or related field. 2-7 years: Experience in conducting risk assessments and safety audits. 1-7 years: Familiarity with industry-standard safety protocols and regulations. 1-7 years: In-depth knowledge of Safety and Health regulations (e.g., OSHA). Strong organizational and communication skills.
