Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering 7+ years of experience in mechatronics, preferably in robotics or automation Robotics / automation industry experience is a must Experience working in early-stage startups and hardware prototyping Experience developing robotic arms Experience with PCB design, cable harnesses, power electronics, sensors, and motor control Experience building, testing and troubleshooting robotic systems Perform integration tests and quality control Hands-on experience with CANbus, ISOBUS, Modbus, EtherCAT, SPI, and I²C protocols Responsibilities: Design and prototype electromechanical subsystems for robotics Lead electrical design, including board bring-up, motor drivers, sensors, and wiring Help shape technical roadmap and team culture from the ground up Work closely with software and controls teams to bring up systems from end-to-end
