Description:
We are seeking a Rhapsody Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will analyze client-defined requirements, ensuring the most effective solutions within our existing system framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Analysis: Understand client requirements and perform necessary analysis to optimize solutions.
Coding: Write high-quality code adhering to established standards, designed for simplicity and maintainability.
Unit Testing: Design and execute a comprehensive suite of unit tests.
Documentation: Complete detailed technical design documentation along with other SDLC documents required for each release.
Testing Support: Actively engage in testing sessions to troubleshoot issues and work closely with test leads and clients.
Deployment: Support bi-annual releases efficiently.
Interface Monitoring and Support:
Conduct Rhapsody Interface Monitoring from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, managing primary and secondary assignments.
Review and maintain Rhapsody Error Queues throughout the day.
Ensure communication points are operational and messages are flowing correctly.
Triage issues to appropriate teams and follow through until resolution or ticket creation.
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.
Technical Knowledge and Skills:
Rhapsody certification is a must.
Experience with JavaScript, XML, JSON, HL7 v2, HL7 v3 (preferred), SOAP, and REST APIs.
Strong technical writing skills.
Exceptional analytical and decision-making abilities with a consultative mindset.
Proactive learner with a passion for new technologies.
Experience with data integration engines, preferably Rhapsody.
Detail-oriented with a track record of accuracy in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Rhapsody Developer.
Compensation Range: $94,100 to $130,000. Compensation varies based on factors such as location, skills, education, certifications, and years of experience.
