You’ll be part of a fast-moving, elite group pushing technical boundaries and rewriting what’s possible with intelligent agents. What You’ll Do Drive original research in deep learning and reinforcement learning , advancing the capabilities of LLM-powered agents. Collaborate closely with world-renowned researchers to run high-impact experiments and develop publishable insights. Design novel architectures and training strategies to enable more autonomous, general-purpose AI systems. Mentor junior engineers and researchers, helping build a culture of rigor, speed, and invention. What You Bring A proven track record of impactful research in top-tier labs, academia, or industry. Deep, hands-on experience with LLMs or RL frameworks at the cutting edge of the field. A history of building or improving large-scale models, backed by strong project or publication outcomes. Prior exposure to foundation models or agentic AI systems is highly desirable. A passion for pushing the limits of autonomous systems and a hunger to build what hasn’t been built before.
