What does this role look like?

As an ISR Research Engineer, a successful candidate would be expected to:

• Support the shaping and growth of the ISR space missions by serving as a mission and payload architect • Operate as the technical lead advocate for current and future ISR programs, facilitating in program capture, technology development, and mission architecture development • Be a mentor to high performing engineers and engineering staff • Propagate systems engineering rigor, best practices, and lessons learned between programs and Lines of Business (LOB) activities • Will be a 1LMX champion on new programs/pursuits and strive to incorporate modernization and efficiency on existing programs where possible Desired skills To be effective, ideally, you should also have:

• Experience as architect of Space ISR constellations and systems, • Experience with ISR payload design and development, • Experience with competitive contract shaping and capture.
