Not filling them out or putting N/A automatically disqualifies you.You will...Track and analyze emerging AI systems, focusing on applications and environments related to security and safetyDevelop a platform for AI data training, fine tuning, evaluation and other AI related needsWork on foundational models with built in security principlesCollaborate with cross-functional teams of researchers and engineers to translate research ideas into product features. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to our overall machine learning culture as an early member of the teamWhat we're looking for...Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical fieldAt least 3+ years working with generative AI modelsWork or academic experience in AI, machine learning, and deep learning technologiesWork or academic experience in generic programming languages such as Python or GolangHands-on experience with generative AI technologies, including prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning, and evaluation of large language model applicationsProficiency in Python programming and version controlStrong understanding of the latest AI trends and practices to maintain state-of-the-art solutionsSalary range is dependent on geographic location, prior experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process.What we offerFull time permanent employees are eligible for the following benefits from their first day of employment:Competitive salaryMeaningful equityHealth insurance benefits: medical (various PPO/HMO/HSA plans), dental, vision, disability and life insuranceOne Medical membership (in participating locations)Flexible vacation time policy (subject to internal approval).
