Dartronics, Inc. is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer with a true hunter mentality to take full ownership of the Pennsylvania territory. You’ll help transform production lines and streamline operations across industries including food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, warehousing, and manufacturing by delivering cutting-edge packaging, printing, and automation solutions.
Your Mission:

As our Sales Engineer in Pennsylvania, you'll serve as the trusted advisor clients rely on to optimize operations, solve complex packaging challenges, and implement powerful automation solutions tailored to their needs.
But above all you’ll hunt. You’ll relentlessly pursue new opportunities, penetrate untapped markets, and make high-volume cold outreach part of your daily rhythm.
What You’ll Do: Take full ownership of the Pennsylvania territory, driving aggressive growth through strategic sales and persistent outbound prospecting.
Identify, target, and engage new prospects using cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and boots-on-the-ground visits.
Build and grow a healthy pipeline through daily prospecting and hunting activities - you're not waiting for leads, you're creating them.
Analyze customer operations to deliver tailored solutions involving packaging equipment, industrial printers, and automation machinery.
Present and demonstrate technical products and systems on-site to decision-makers and engineers.
Work closely with engineering and production teams to configure customized, high-performance packaging systems.
Confidently negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms with transparency and value in mind.
Participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer site visits to promote Dartronics’ solutions.
Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasts, and sales reporting.
Provide post-sale support, including system training, troubleshooting, and long-term service solutions.
What You Bring: Hunter mentality with a proven track record of cold calling and outbound prospecting success.
Bachelor’s degree or technical background in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience selling packaging equipment, industrial machinery, or automation systems.
Strong knowledge of packaging system configurations, industrial printing technologies, and production line integration.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proactive, self-driven mindset with a passion for winning new business and consistently exceeding targets.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Residence in Pennsylvania and willingness to travel within the territory.
CRM proficiency; CAD experience is a strong plus.
