Hands-on experience in Reliability and Maintainability (RAM) engineering
Bachelor's degree in STEM and 5+ years engineering experience
Active secret clearance
Job Description:
Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline from an accredited university and 5 Years Experience with Bachelor's in Science;3 Years Experience with Masters;1 Year with PhD.
Experience in Reliability and Maintainability discipline
Experience with and Ability to Perform RAM&T allocations and predictions
Experience with and Ability Develop Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) analysis
Experience with and Ability to Develop mission reliability analysis
Familiarity with Fault Tree Analysis (FTA)
Experience with and Ability to perform Failure Reporting Analysis and Corrective Action System (FRACAS)
Individual must possess good communication skills.
Candidate must demonstrate ability to think critically and capture concepts in work products, presentations, and discussions.
Capable of working both independently and within a team environment.
Applicants must have a current active in-scope U.S. Government DoD issued
Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
