Job Title: Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

Coach the team on evaluating and improving the reliability of an electromechanical hand piece. Help the team understand and apply concepts like Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time to Failure (MTTF), and Bathtub Curve analysis. Assess whether the team has the right data, what additional data is needed, and whether accelerated testing is required. Recommend medium-level design changes to improve reliability, avoiding full redesigns. Guide Return on Investment (ROI) analysis for potential design improvements. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $110.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
