Advanced Care Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized care for medically fragile children and adults in home and school settings. This position offers a more personalized care model, allowing for stronger patient outcomes and professional satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay: $45/hour Opportunity to earn up to $53/hour with applicable differentials:

Trach: +$2/hour Vent: +$3/hour Nights: +$2/hour Weekends: +$3/hour Holidays: +$3/hour

Key Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care (feeding tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, central lines) Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition Educate patients and families on treatment plans Maintain a safe and clean care environment

QualificationsQualifications

Active RN license in Georgia or Nurse Licensure Compact Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or an equivalent accredited organization is required. A minimum of one year of RN experience required. Valid PPD skin test

Physical Requirements of the Role

Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (up to 12 hours) Ability to bend, lift, and assist with patient mobility Ability to lift up to 50 pounds or more Fine motor skills for clinical tasks
