We are seeking to add a Refrigeration Engineer to our team!

Responsibilities

Service and repair plate and frame heat exchangers Utilizing tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, pyrometers, and pressure gauges to test, evaluate, and maintain equipment efficiency Inspecting and calibrating ammonia equipment Keeping a record of accurate preventive maintenance on tools and machinery Sharpen decision-making skills to rapidly and precisely interpret and assign information Vigilantly preserve a clean workspace to observe company performance standards Be willing to work overtime to meet deadlines or answer urgent matters Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations and company rules Staying apprised of the most up-to-date refrigeration technology to evaluate its potential for current and future tasks Requirements Proven experience in ammonia-based refrigeration systems, or experience with Freon systems Strong capabilities to quickly identify and resolve technical issues through the use of problem-solving strategies in an effective and prompt manner Demonstrate excellent technical, analytical, and troubleshooting capabilities Can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Consistent and reliable attendance Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Ability to work and live in a multicultural environment Benefits Medical Dental Vision 401(k) Life Insurance PTO
