About KGSO Engineering KGSO Engineering develops service technologies that enable Keysight Service Engineers and self-maintaining customers to efficiently repair, calibrate, optimize, and deliver value-added services. Our solutions include automated calibration test systems, diagnostic reasoning engines, advanced measurement algorithms, mobile test labs, remote support technologies, and knowledge databases, ensuring best-in-class measurement confidence.
Role Overview We seek a candidate with experience in modeling & simulation, measurement science research, manufacturing test engineering, or test system development. The candidate will investigate and develop next-generation support technologies to meet critical customer needs.
The initial focus will be on developing system-level diagnostic and DUT measurement plane calibration solutions targeting A/D and wireless manufacturing.
Responsibilities Develop signal path modeling methodologies (DC to RF/uW)
Innovate measurement science using PNA-X, FLUKE AC/DC calibrator, and modular products
Create system-level diagnostic and calibration software and supportive tools
Implement professional service methodologies
Develop analytic software
Qualifications MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, with emphasis on measurement science
Knowledge of T&M products, system integration, and measurement software
10+ years in measurement science roles (network analysis, simulation modeling, instrument programming, calibration procedures)
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Excellent team player, flexible, responsive, and accountable
Self-motivated, quick learner, innovative thinker
Additional Details We are an equal opportunity employer. Compensation will depend on experience, education, and skills, typically between the minimum and midpoint of the salary range.
California pay range: $138,960 - $231,600. Pay ranges vary by location.
This role is eligible for the Keysight Results Bonus Program.
