Who We Want
We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our R&D Engineering Tools Team and help build design software solutions, to empower our Thermon engineers, designers, customers and partners design and deliver heat tracing solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the backend; fluent in C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, and system architecture; but who can also move up the stack to shape APIs and contribute to a modern React front-end. You'll work to deliver scalable, error-free mission-critical heat tracing solutions.

What You'll Do •Design, develop, implement, test, and document distributed software applications, tools, utilities, systems and services. •Translate functional requirements into robust and efficient solutions that work well within the overall system architecture. •Model relational data in SQL Server, optimizing schema and queries for efficiency. •Build and maintain RESTful APIs that expose well-structured data models. •Actively participate in team discussions to align and deliver quality products. •Drive best practices through code reviews, mentorship, and continuous improvement. •Contribute to system documentation (UML, C4) and architectural clarity. •Develop CI/CD pipelines and automated testing systems.
What You Bring •5+ years of professional experience building full-stack web applications with modern UI frameworks. •Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, and web technologies, i.e., React. •Strong knowledge on RESTful API design principles as well as experience developing Microservices. •Solid understanding of software architecture, best practices and design patterns (MVC, repository/unit-of-work, CQRS, Domain-Driven Design). •Experience with asynchronous/event-driven architectures (e.g., MQTT). •Familiarity with DevOps best practices, unit testing, and agile development. •Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or 5+ years equivalent of education and recent, relevant work experience)
Bonus Points For •Experience with extensibility of AutoCAD platform plugins and API's. •Knowledge of security best practices (OAuth, SAML, LDAP). •Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Azure DevOps). •Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). •Familiarity with cloud-native services and serverless patterns (Azure Functions). •Experience with front-end testing and C# testing frameworks.
