R&D Engineer

We are seeking a results-driven R&D Engineer to join our team in developing innovative solutions for industrial machinery and equipment manufacturing. This role focuses on research, design, prototyping, and testing of mechanical systems and components to enhance product performance, manufacturability, and cost-efficiency. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and supply chain, to bring new technologies from concept to implementation.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct research and feasibility studies on new product designs and materials. Develop detailed 3D models, drawings, and technical documentation. Prototype and test new machinery and equipment designs. Analyze performance data and recommend design improvements. Support cost reduction and product improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure design for manufacturability (DFM). Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 2-5 years of R&D or product development experience in industrial equipment. Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar). Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
