Quality Process Engineer Jobs in Andover at Stannah – Join Our Team! We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Process Engineer to join Stannah’s dedicated Homelifts Business, based at Andover. This job will involve ensuring that all production processes meet the highest quality standards. You’ll be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimising processes that improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure compliance. A key part of this role is working from technical drawings and inspection procedures to ensure supplier and in-house quality standards are consistently met. As the Quality Process Engineer, you will work 37hours, 08:00-16:45 Monday to Thursday 08:00-13:00 Friday.
This job is a permanent contract. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and passionate about process quality and continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. To be successful as the Quality Process Engineer, it is essential that you have previous experience in process optimisation, quality assurance, and working with inspection processes and technical documentation. Experience in new product introduction (NPI) and lean manufacturing would be desirable. Quality Process Engineer Responsibilities: Implement and maintain SOPs to standardise production processes across teams.
Ensure all documentation is up to date and aligned with quality standards following ECNs.
Collaborate with HSE and Quality teams to embed safety and compliance in all processes.
Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions to reduce cost and waste.
Represent the technical function in meetings, providing input and updates as needed.
Quality Process Engineer Requirements: Proven experience in a process or quality engineering role within manufacturing.
Strong understanding of inspection processes and quality systems.
Skilled in reading and working from technical drawings and documentation.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools.
