Quality Engineer

Are you an experienced quality professional with strong communication/interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and a passion for excellence? Join a dynamic team as a Quality Engineer, where you'll oversee and improve quality standards, systems, and performance to ensure products, processes, and operations meet safety and regulatory requirements..
Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday (must be flexible to work overtime) Pay Rate: $20 - $25/yr.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality standards and control systems Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality specifications Collaborate with operations managers on process improvements Investigate and resolve product or production issues Develop corrective actions and review codes, specifications, and procedures Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent project management skills Certification or degree preferred
