Job Details
* Develop and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, and risk analysis documentation * Monitor and analyze manufacturing processes using SPC tools and audits * Investigate non-conformances and customer complaints, drive root cause analysis, and implement CAPA * Support NPD and production with PPAP preparation and GD&T-based inspections * Lead cost-of-quality initiatives, including scrap analysis, internal audits, and supplier quality support * Apply Lean tools and 8D methodology to reduce waste and improve process performance * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality, delivery, and compliance goals
What You Bring:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required) * 2+ years of experience in quality engineering * Proficient in 8D, FMEA, CAPA, GD&T, and SPC * NDT Level 2 certification (preferred) * Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
