Investment casting, metal manufacturing, machining, heat treating, or NDT
Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, PPAP, FMEA, and root cause analysis

Interpret and review purchase orders, drawings, and specifications, ensuring customer and compliance requirements are met
Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System and related tools
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Sales to support product quality and customer satisfaction
Lead or support internal and supplier audits
Develop and update quality procedures and work instructions
Ensure customer verification processes (FAI, PPAP, pre-production inspections) are complete and compliant
