Job Description Ensure that all shipped products meet customer requirements, scheduling needs, and technical specifications. Lead continuous improvement efforts related to inspection equipment and quality control processes. Manage and execute corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), including root cause analysis, 8D reporting, tracking metrics, and ensuring timely resolution. Support quality-related investigations and implement responsive and proactive solutions to improve products and processes. Maintain and improve documentation of work processes; support the training and onboarding of quality procedures. Oversee calibration scheduling and documentation for all measuring and test equipment. Participate in internal and external quality audits; assist in QMS improvement initiatives. Review and disposition First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) and confirm compliance with internal and customer-specific requirements. Revise procedures as needed based on nonconformance investigations, CAPA results, customer complaints, or ongoing continuous improvement projects. The Successful Applicant
A successful Quality Engineer should have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field). Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Process Engineering, or Product Engineering. Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings and applying Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T). Experience conducting internal and external quality audits. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; customer- and safety-focused mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with quality management software tools. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $75,00 to $90,000, depending on experience.
