Quality Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer with a background in aerospace machine manufacturing and CMM inspection. The ideal candidate must have expertise in CMM Programming and PC-DMIS Programming, along with a strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
Key Responsibilities: Program and inspect manufactured products using CMM/MCOSMOS software. Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections. Interpret planning documents, tool designs, engineering drawings, specifications, and quality inspection procedures to develop clear, complete, and precise records of inspection. Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Qualifications: Experience in aerospace machine manufacturing and CMM inspection. Proficiency in CMM Programming and PC-DMIS Programming. Strong ability to interpret geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T). Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 standards. Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, pin gauges, optical comparators, plug/thread gauges, radius gauges, etc. Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
