We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Professional to lead our team in driving operational excellence, containment, and root cause analysis. As a Project and Technical Lead, you will utilize your strategic thinking and analytical skills to oversee quality engineers and ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet our team, organizational, and program goals.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead projects and quality engineers in operational excellence initiatives, containment activities, and root cause analysis
-Drive rapid containment and effective root cause analysis on quality defects
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality goals are met
-Report to the F-35 Supplier Quality Integration Manager and ensure quality engineers are delivering products that meet program requirements

Desired skills
• Supplier Quality Management experience
• Lead/supervisor/leadership experience
• Major assembly or Teammate F-35 experience
• Green Belt or Black Belt, CQE or CMQ/OE certification
• Demonstrated quality science expertise in one or more of the following areas: statistical analysis, statistical process control, sampling, six sigma, FAI, PPAP, PFMAE process auditing or validation, root cause analysis and corrective action validations, and supplier quality management.
• Demonstrated ability to work at all levels of the organization to identify and drive systemic root cause and corrective action (RCCA) utilizing quantitative, qualitative analytical capabilities to communicate and influence others in a concise, data driven manner.
