We are seeking a proactive Quality Control Engineer to lead and support quality initiatives, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and driving continuous improvement. What We Offer: $1,000 Hiring Bonus 100% Employee Insurance Coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision) 50% Dependent Health Benefits 401(k) with Company Match Paid Holidays, and a Generous PTO Policy Opportunities for Career Growth What You'll Do: Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for recurring quality issues Develop and maintain inspection procedures, audits, and quality control plans aligned with ISO 9001 Collaborate with design, production, and supply chain teams to ensure product conformity Analyze quality data with KPIs to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement Oversee non-conformance management, including investigation and resolution What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field) 3-5 years of experience in a quality engineering role within a manufacturing/industrial environment Knowledge of ISO 9001, SPC, and root cause analysis tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA) Experience with NDT, metrology, and ERP systems (SAP a strong plus) ASQ certification (CQE, CQA) and/or Spanish language skills desirable Physical and Other Requirements: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands, and communicate effectively Occasionally required to lift up to 25 lbs and work at heights Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, moving parts, and occasional outdoor conditions Must be able to wear PPE when on production floor Ready to Build Your Future with Us?
