Quality Control Engineer – Stony Point, NY

The Quality Control Engineer plays a key role in supporting manufacturing engineering through inspections, documentation improvements, and root cause analysis. Location: Stony Point, NY Schedule: Full-time | Onsite | 8:00 AM Start Reports to: QC Manager Key Responsibilities Inspect purchased parts and subassemblies using standard tools (., calipers, micrometers, thread gages). Accurately document inspection and testing results. Maintain controlled document files and test records. Assist in developing and updating inspection templates and tools. Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate issues and recommend solutions. Lead process improvement initiatives using SPC metrics and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
