Job Summary
: In this role, you will help improve work processes by mapping work activities and systems, gathering and analyzing data, and participating in assessments. You will assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management tools, aggregating performance data, and tracking effectiveness of corrective actions. Your work will help resolve and reduce the risk of work quality related issues. #LI-SM2
Major Responsibilities:
Level 1
Assists in determining relevant quality parameters through statistical and analytical techniques to improve work processes and reducing the risk of quality related issues
Maps work processes and systems to support process and design failure modes and effects analysis
Assists in aggregating information and data on design and work-process interfaces to assess performance
Gathers and analyzes quality data and metrics to assess work process performance
Assists in developing and implementing quality system tools and procedures to support work processes
Participates in independent assessments to enable mitigation of technical and project management risks
Assists in tracking the effectiveness of corrective actions and process improvement activities
Assists in maintaining quality management system elements and tools
Assists with identifying potential failure points and error precursors in requirements, work processes and designs.
Assists in developing implement sampling and test/inspection plans
Level 2
Assists with identifying potential failure points and error precursors in requirements, work processes and designs
Gathers and analyzes quality data to assess work process performance

Education and Experience Requirements:
Level 1
Requires a University Hire with 1-2 years of experience or 5-6 years of relevant work experience
Level 2
Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 3-5 years of relevant experience or 5-8 years of relevant work experience which includes roles in Quality Assurance and Control.
Performs Quality role across all functions during Construction phase.
Assists in determining relevant quality parameters through statistical and analytical techniques to improve work processes and reducing the risk of quality related issues
Maps work processes and systems to support process and design failure modes and effects analysis
Assists in aggregating information and data on design and work-process interfaces to assess performance
Gathers and analyzes quality data and metrics to assess work process performance
Assists in developing and implementing quality system tools and procedures to support work processes

Assists in maintaining quality management system elements and tools
Learns to use basic causal analysis tools and participates in/supports apparent cause evaluations to assist in the resolution of basic to moderately-complex issues
Assists with identifying potential failure points and error precursors in requirements, work processes and designs.
Assists in developing implement sampling and test/inspection plans.
