The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Provisioning Engineer to support system sustainment, DMSMS management, and Integrated Product Support (IPS) planning for mission-critical platforms across multiple programs. This multifaceted role involves leading provisioning activities while also supporting various IPS elements, including DMSMS mitigation, obsolescence management, configuration tracking, and logistics support strategy development.
Responsibilities:
•Perform provisioning analysis by evaluating system designs, bills of materials (BOMs), and lifecycle data to develop accurate and comprehensive provisioning data.
•Coordinate across multiple IPS domains such as supply support, maintenance planning, configuration management, and product support analysis.
•Collaborate with DMSMS analysts, system engineers, OEM representatives, and logistics personnel to implement proactive sustainment strategies.
•Provide input to lifecycle logistics and retrofit planning for new builds, technology insertions, and system refreshes.
•Participate in engineering reviews and design updates to assess implications of design changes on provisioning, supportability, and system availability.
•Ensure provisioning data and strategies incorporate and reflect the phase-out of OEM services (e.g., warranties, spares support, technical assistance).
•Maintain awareness of IPS policy and standards to ensure compliance with DoD and program-specific requirements.
•Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Logistics, or a related technical field or a combination of equivalent professional or military training and experience
•4–6 years of experience in Integrated Product Support (IPS), provisioning, sustainment engineering, or lifecycle logistics.
•Solid understanding of DMSMS principles and IPS elements, especially relating to OEM support development and long-term sustainment planning.
•Experience working within DoD acquisition or sustainment environments, with knowledge of military logistics systems.
•Strong analytical, documentation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Knowledge of the following:
•Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs)
•Contract Deliverables (CDRLs)
•Active TS/SCI clearance
•6+ years of relevant experience in defense, aerospace, or systems support environments.
• Familiarity with DMSMS/obsolescence tracking tools such as AVCOM, SiliconExpert, or IHS.
•Understanding of configuration management, lifecycle logistics, engineering development, and system sustainment.
•Certifications in logistics, systems engineering, or lifecycle sustainment (e.g., DAU, ASCM, SCLM).

The proposed salary range for this position is:
