Western Massachusetts – Heavy Highway/Utility Contractor – Seeking a Construction Project Manager / Engineer to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting and implementation.

*Responsibilities:*
· Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
· Allocate resources for assigned projects
· Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
· Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city / county / state officials and clients
· Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
· Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
· Time Management to ensure project stays on schedule for completion
*Skills & Abilities:*
· Previous experience in construction management or related fields (or degree/certificate)
· Familiarity with construction management software
· Strong leadership qualities
· Strong negotiation skills
· Deadline and detail - oriented
· Successful completion of OSHA 10 (can be received after hiring)

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
