Job Summary

Our client in the electrical manufacturing industry is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager . The Project Manager will oversee production projects from inception through customer final acceptance. This role requires the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, resolve issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and evaluate project and team performance. Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Manage multiple projects from pre-booking through final customer acceptance

Lead all phases of the project lifecycle: planning, scheduling, design, procurement, manufacturing, integration, testing, and delivery

Maintain responsibility for all project details and ensure scope and cost objectives are met

Customer & Stakeholder Communication

Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and customer

Conduct internal and customer-facing kickoff meetings

Provide ongoing updates and ensure customer expectations are managed and met

Team & Vendor Management

Coordinate activities across internal departments

Manage scope and deliverables from vendors and subcontractors

Authorize project shipments and payments to suppliers

Documentation & Reporting

Follow internal document management processes to meet contractual and legal requirements

Validate terms, conditions, and financial viability of each project

Prepare or oversee contractual invoicing and ensure timely payments

Report project status at production and planning meetings

Minimum Qualifications

3 years of experience in an electrical industry role

3 years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Growth mindset and ability to adapt to challenges

Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background checks

Ability to push, pull, and lift 50 lbs or more

Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

2 additional years of project management experience in manufacturing

PMP certification
