Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline

Active . license (required)

5+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering , construction materials testing, or related areas

Proven ability to coordinate field and laboratory testing

Strong technical writing and client communication skills

Proficient in standard geotechnical software and tools

Capable of managing multiple active projects and leading small teams

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Comfortable working in both office and field environments

. Citizenship or Green Card required

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing project scopes, budgets, and schedules

Familiarity with geotechnical testing standards ( ASTM, AASHTO ,

Prior work experience in the Pacific Northwest or similar geological conditions

Key Responsibilities:

Lead geotechnical investigations from proposal through completion

Coordinate and supervise field exploration and laboratory testing

Analyze soil, rock, and groundwater conditions for infrastructure and construction projects

Prepare detailed technical reports with engineering recommendations

Interface with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to support project success

Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior staff and technicians

Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within scope

Maintain a high level of quality control and adherence to safety protocols
