Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr

Job Title: Project Engineer-Structural

Work Location: Anchorage, AK (JBER)

Salary: Based on experience and will be discussed with the manager in the interview

Requirements

Must be a US Citizen and pass a federal background review and drug screen

Duties/Responsibilities

Provide construction engineering services on federal projects valued up to hundreds of millions of dollars.

Perform site observation, reporting, technical and administrative support.

Oversee construction, contract administration, and quality assurance activities.

Analyze design and construction issues, ensure compliance, review plans, submittals, reports, schedules, modifications, cost estimates, pay applications, change orders, and claims.

Provide field surveillance, prepare detailed daily reports, participate in pre-construction conferences.

Maintain professional communication with clients and contractors.

Experience with US Army Corps of Engineers projects is a plus.

Education/Experience

Bachelor's in Engineering, preferably in Structural Engineering

At least 5 years of engineering, construction, and contract admin experience

Experience with government projects, USACE preferred

Experience with large campus projects and mechanical systems is preferred
