We serve our clients from our corporate headquarters in Valencia, CA and our regional office in San Diego, CA. Our primary service area is Southern California; however, we work throughout the West Coast including Oregon, Washington, and Nevada.
As a Project Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on landmark projects that you will be proud of. You will be involved from the beginning of the construction process until the project closes out, along with the opportunity to be involved in many different facets of the construction process including pre-planning, labor, material, and equipment management, scheduling, accounting, and estimating. This position reports to the Project Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities Generates, documents, distributes, and coordinates RFIs and Submittals with project teams
Manages project documentation to ensure correct and current information is available to the project team
Develops and tracks weekly labor goals and production tracking
Generates quality control reports and surveys to ensure project compliance
Assists with monitoring and recording construction work schedules
Coordinates with clients and design team to facilitate design and constructability.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results, as needed
Prepares and monitors equipment and material coding logs, labor cost reports and job records including daily site walks and safety reporting
Position Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management or similar field
2+ years' experience as a construction project engineer
Concrete construction experience highly desirable
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word), and project management software (Bluebeam, Autodesk Build, or similar)
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Dynamic team player
Flexible and detail-oriented with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills
Strong work ethic and motivation to accomplish goals
Ability to identify and resolve complex issues
Candidates must have reliable transportation to San Diego, CA and will be subject to background, drug screening, and must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
