We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Project Engineer to join our thriving team. This role is integral to maintaining operational excellence and driving continuous improvement across our diverse portfolio of projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire maintenance operation.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage an annual maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources. 2. Create and implement maintenance schedules, procedures, and policies to optimize operational efficiency and safety. 3. Oversee and manage company assets to ensure their longevity and optimal performance. 4. Generate detailed reports on maintenance operations for senior management, presenting key insights and recommendations for improvement. 5. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and minimize downtime. 6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a safe, healthy work environment. 7. Train, mentor, and supervise maintenance team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning. 8. Leverage proficiency in Spanish to communicate effectively with diverse team members and stakeholders. 9. Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to manage data, create documents, and deliver presentations. 10. Apply knowledge of food manufacturing processes to ensure the maintenance of related equipment and facilities.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree. 2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in engineer role within manufacturing industry. 3. Proven experience in spreadsheets. 4. Excellent report writing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 5. Experience in food manufacturing processes is a plus.
