SUMMARY OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB: The Project Engineer is responsible for overall managing all aspects of customer programs. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs engineering design evaluations and works to complete projects within budget and scheduling restraints. May review industry policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance. Reviews reports of production, malfunction, and maintenance to determine or address problems. Provides technical support for the engineering process. Designs, implements, and communicates, an operational plan for completing the project. Monitors progress and performance against the project plan. May assist in the action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays. Support to identify, develop, and gather resources necessary to complete the project. Prepares engineering designs and work specifications. Develops project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. Track program developments. Support any other special requirements, instructions, specialty reports, or administrative duties to assist in maintaining the account. Selects materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Perform other duties as related to the job function as required. JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES: Bachelor’s degree required Typically requires 3-7 years of related experience. Ability to work in a cross-functional organization Computer skills required:Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project, AS400 a plus Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS: No Supervisory qualifications are required for this position. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: A normal amount of sitting and standing, average mobility to move around an office, and ability to conduct a normal amount of work on a computer. SALARY At NMB, the pay band for this role is between $78,178.00 and $117,267.00 annually, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The base pay is a part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range of the pay band process.
