They should have good time management and strong communication skills. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Managing invoices Subcontractor management Conducting jobsite walks Managing timecards Material procurement and scheduling Developing look-ahead schedules Creating daily game plans Tracking CO & RFI Cost and labor tracking and projections Requirements: Bachelor’s degree -OR- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience
