Job Summary: As a Professional Services Engineer, you will develop and deploy client centered solutions and enhance our service catalog for clients based in the financial services industry. With a keen interest in industry standards, best practices and emerging trends, you will provide and deliver solutions that are tailored to our clients' needs while also being robust, repeatable, and embraced throughout the organization. Responsibilities (including, but not limited to the following): Handling complex technical project tasks, project issues and initial troubleshooting for clients. A client facing role with occasional in person visits to client sites. Configuration and troubleshooting of servers and networks. Configuration and migration of Cloud Services. Management of small and medium sized projects. Provide technical advice on planning and scoping calls. Help achieve department goals by hitting personal KPI targets. Some domestic travel and on-call requirement. Some evening shifts, Working from Home.
