Bachelors Degree or higher in Engineering or similar technical field or 10+ years of equivalent Experience in production preparation of manufacturing and experience in execution of capital projects, preferably from initial planning to start of production Experience in creating and implementing processes in a manufacturing environment Experience in detail schedule creation and utilization on capital projects for new or modified equipment AutoCAD experience, including the ability to read, interpret and modify 2D drawings Ability to work weekend and shutdown work (such as July and December holidays) as needed
