What Will I Be Doing? Build full-stack features from database to UI that help engineering teams navigate regulatory requirements across automotive, aerospace, defense, and cleantech Create intuitive UIs for AI workflows that automate compliance checks, optimize designs, and resolve legal-technical conflicts before production Build secure systems that integrate with enterprise tooling, third-party APIs, and on-premise systems for major manufacturers Move fast from idea to working software, validating with real users at global brands like Mercedes-Benz and Bugatti Translate complex legal reasoning around global safety standards (ISO, UNECE, FAA, EPA, EU, China) into seamless user experiences Shape engineering culture, architecture decisions, and platform direction as they scale What we're Looking For: Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience 3+ years shipping professional full-stack web applications Strong expertise in both front-end (React, TypeScript, modern design systems) and back-end (Python, SQL, etc.) Demonstrated product sense and user-first thinking Proven track record in fast-paced startup environments Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience with LLMs or AI/ML-powered applications would be a plus Background in manufacturing, automotive, or regulated industries would also be a nice to have What's In It For Me: Founding team member equity in a fast-growing AI company with $4M in seed funding and proven enterprise traction Direct influence on product architecture, engineering culture, and business strategy in an early-stage, stealth-mode company Opportunity to work with global brands across automotive, aerospace, defense, and cleantech verticals Apply now for immediate consideration!
