Your Impact In this role, you’ll be the technical force behind the development and lifecycle management of PLT tire lines for the Replacement market. Your contributions will include: Creating the Future: Lead the development of new tire lines, translating market insights and customer needs into high-performance products that meet quality, cost, and timing targets. Driving Innovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, strategies, and test plans that push the boundaries of tire technology. Bringing Products to Life: Oversee the seamless industrialization of new products, ensuring they are production-ready and aligned with strategic roadmaps. Sustaining Excellence: Manage and enhance existing tire lines throughout their lifecycle, introducing new sizes and improvements that keep our offerings competitive.
