We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Process Engineer to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exceptional opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals, and contribute to the development of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AutoCAD design and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement strategies in a manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities:
As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Developing, configuring, and optimizing industrial processes from inception through to start-up and certification.
2. Assessing processes for their relevance and assessing the adequacy of engineering equipment.
3. Reviewing production schedules, engineering specifications, process flows, and other information to understand methods and activities in manufacturing and services.
4. Designing, running, testing, and upgrading systems and processes.
5. Developing best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
6. Applying continuous improvement methodologies to enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
7. Performing process simulations and troubleshooting issues.
8. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure processes and products comply with safety and quality standards.
9. Using AutoCAD software to design and implement process enhancements.
10. Providing process documentation and operating instructions.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Process Engineer in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software.
4. Solid knowledge of process engineering techniques and continuous improvement methodologies.
5. Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
6. Demonstrated ability to design and optimize production processes.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
9. Knowledge of manufacturing safety protocols and standards.
10. Experience in conducting process simulations and risk assessments.
11. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
