The company is a privately held contract manufacturing firm of composite material to the industrial, electronics, aerospace, and defense industries. A qualified candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Process Engineering role, preferably in the textile, automotive, fiberglass or glass manufacturing industries.
• Experience with formal Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques.
• Ability to use Statistical Process Control (SPC) software.
• Proficiency in Wonderware and/or Statgraphics would be preferred.
• Experience with capital project development and management would be preferred.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing techniques would be preferred.

• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
