Must-Haves:
Bachelor’s degree in Plastics, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2–5 years of experience in injection molding (presses from 85–3200 tons)
2+ years in the automotive industry
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
Hands-on experience with valve gate , hot runner systems , and scientific molding principles
Willingness to travel to customer sites and work in industrial plant environments

What You’ll Do:
Lead process improvements to support production, quality, and customer expectations
Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures and process documentation
Oversee and direct Process Technicians and Mold Setters with clear training and performance feedback
Analyze production and maintenance data to identify process deviations and take corrective action
Specify, manage, and oversee installation of new equipment and tooling projects
Evaluate and test new materials and methods to improve product quality and reliability
Collaborate with tooling vendors to manage mold repairs and maintenance
Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and production timelines
