Key Accountabilities Process Engineering Responsible for the completion of engineering related work within the production and maintenance department performing various activities including drawing board layout, interpretation and implementation of specifications and documentation requirements. Provide existing product line support in design activities and/or modification of hardware in production. Ensure service and project work are carried out within agreed deadlines and within budget. Participate in actions/solutions to improve process control, reduce energy costs, and improvements- Provide product testing including fault investigation and analysis. Liaise with the commercial teams to ensure timely release of high-quality products. Responsible for Know-how transfer, Best Practices, and supporting the development of Group standards and guidelines.
Knowledge Sharing & Expertise Ensure senior staff are kept informed of important and relevant service/design decisions and the objectives of the company and the client are achieved. Use technical and product knowledge and problem solving abilities to support other team members and other departments. May provide work leadership and training to lower level professional and technical staff.
Environmental Health & Safety Maintain a safe, clean and organized environment in accordance with EH&S policies.

Other requirements Excellent command of both oral and written local language and English are required.Good command of both oral and written additional language is beneficial.May require special licensing and/or government clearance.

Education University Degree in Process Engineering.
Experience 3 to 5 years of experience preferably in the mineral processing industry or other heavy industry in operations and/or engineering fields or equivalent combinations of education, training and experience, are required.
Knowledge and skills Excellent organizational skills.Ability to multi task in high pressured environment.Strong skills in Word and Excel are required. Must possess a basic knowledge of mineral processing including: quarrying, crushing, grinding, classification, conveying, packaging, storage and shipping.Good numeracy / literacy skills.Good interpersonal skills.
